We engineered this design for the Northeast. Your home could be even less expensive if you're in a warmer climate or have different building codes. You could also reduce the home price by doing some of the work yourself.

We will send you the basic package: walls with siding installed, windows and exterior doors, and roof trusses. When we leave the site, the architectural shingles will be installed, windows and doors will be in place, and the siding will be complete and ready for the plumber, the electrician, and other subcontractors.

We have the plans ready to send to your mortgage company, electrician, plumber, insulator, or drywall contractor. We can send a PDF to your nearest print shop for printing.

Because of insurance, banking, and overall responsibility for the project, we will be the builder of record.
